Job Summary

Responsibilities

You will provide high‑standard, person‑centred support and care, building strong relationships with service users and their families. You will be involved in the planning of goals and in helping service users live as independently as possible.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
• Previous experience in a similar support setting
• Level 3 Diploma or equivalent
