Our home is a detached 4 bed property set in a rural location on the outskirts of a Leicestershire village, with access to Burton and Midland’s Road network. The home provides a nurturing, supportive, structured and stable environment, on a 24-hour basis, for up to three young people aged up to 18 with emotional, developmental and/or behavioural difficulties.

Due to the location of this role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be at the centre of the fun! Taking young people to see their friends, trips to the cinema, partaking in community events such as fundraisers and galas, teaching the young people to cook, encouraging them to be independent and many other brand new opportunities that they may never have had the chance to do previously. This role allows you to really make a difference to the lives of those under our care and to build strong relationships with the young people and staff alike.
