Our Children's Home in Ayr are looking for dedicated and passionate Residential Support Workers to join their 5 - bedded home. Our home supports young people up to the age of 18, with a range of life challenges, additional needs and emotional and behavioural difficulties. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, stable and caring environment where young people feel cared for. We have a large spacious house and garden, devoting our time building positive relationships, helping our children and young people to thrive and reach their full potential.

This role allows you to really make a difference to the lives of those under our care and to build strong relationships with the young people and staff alike.
