We Recruit Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a residential development on a Weston-super-Mare site. The role involves ensuring safe site operation, reinforcing Home Safe procedures and delivering high-quality customer care.

You will support onsite construction and customer care management, ensure policy-compliant deployment, manage defects post-completion, and actively liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and local communities to build positive relationships.

Formación

• Experience managing construction safety procedures on site.
• Ability to support onsite construction and customer care activities.
• Proven track record in compliance, defect resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier liaison skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the safe running of site is key and reinforce Home Safe procedures.
• Supporting the management of onsite Construction and Customer Care responsibilities.
• Ensuring compliant deployment of Construction and onsite Customer Care activities per company policies, and timely defects resolution.
• Liaising with stakeholders and suppliers, both internal and external.
• Maintaining relationships with local communities and engaging with them.
