A prominent construction firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage high-quality residential construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to budget and time constraints. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates should have significant site management experience, knowledge of construction methods, and certifications like SMSTS and CSCS. This position offers a permanent contract based in North / West Yorkshire.

Qualificações

• Experience managing residential projects valued between £500k–£3m.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for the daily management of sites.
• Deliver projects according to specifications and budget.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
• Act as the main on-site point of contact.

Conhecimentos

Proven experience as a Site Manager

Strong knowledge of residential construction methods

Excellent understanding of Health & Safety regulations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors

Experience with bespoke residential projects

Formação académica

SMSTS certification

First Aid at Work

CSCS (Black or Gold Card)
