Job summary

We Recruit Group Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a residential development on a Weston-super-Mare site. The role involves ensuring safe site operation, reinforcing Home Safe procedures and delivering high-quality customer care.

You will support onsite construction and customer care management, ensure policy-compliant deployment, manage defects post-completion, and actively liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and local communities to build positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction safety procedures on site.
• Ability to support onsite construction and customer care activities.
• Proven track record in compliance, defect resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier liaison skills.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

I have an assistant site manager vacancy available in Weston Super Mare for a residential developer. All traditional build.

Main Duties

• Ensuring the safe running of site is key. You'd be responsible for reinforcing the Home Safe procedures, maintaining a keen eye for detail and proactively ensuring compliance.
• Supporting in the Management of the onsite Construction and Customer Care responsibilities.
• Ensuring that the effective compliance, control and deployment of the Construction and onsite Customer Care activities as per Company policies and processes, also managing defects post completion in a timely manner, delivering 5* customer satisfaction results.
• Liaising with all stakeholders and suppliers, both internal and external.
• Maintaining and establishing relationships, this extends to the local communities - engaging and working with local communities.
