Job summary

Skilled Careers is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a flagship residential development near Bluewater, Kent. The role reports to the Site Manager and involves helping deliver homes safely, on programme and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential volume housing developments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of subcontractors and direct labour on site
• Ensure works are completed in line with programme, drawings, specifications and company standards
• Support the Site Manager with health & safety compliance across the development
• Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging activities
• Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues
• Help coordinate plots through construction stages to successful handover
• Manage deliveries, logistics and site presentation
• Ensure NHBC standards and building regulations are adhered to at all times
• Support customer care and defect resolution following handovers
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation
