Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential developments in the UK. You will lead on-site operations from groundworks to handover, coordinating trades and ensuring safety and quality on every plot.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent programme management, and a solid knowledge of NHBC standards. A full UK driving licence and safety certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Manager in new build housing.
• Experience delivering volume housing developments for a housebuilder.
• Strong knowledge of modern construction methods and NHBC standards.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontract trades and site teams.
• Full UK Driving Licence and valid safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from setup through handover.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, NHBC, and building regulations.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, and site logistics.
• Promote a positive safety culture on site.
• Manage build programmes and milestones to deadlines.
• Monitor build quality and conduct inspections against drawings.
• Deliver site inductions and daily briefings.
• Liaise with Technical, Commercial, Sales and Customer Care teams.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
