Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking a proactive Residential Accommodation Services Manager to lead the Lackham Campus residential provision. You will oversee daily operations, safeguarding for under-18s, and a welcoming home-from-home environment that supports student wellbeing and independence.

You will manage a dedicated team, work with college colleagues to provide holistic support, and drive continuous improvement in residential services across campus.

Competenze

• Experience in residential accommodation management or student services.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge for under-18s is essential.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

• Lead and inspire the residential team to deliver a high-quality service.
