Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cambridge for a Residential Sales Manager. The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the sales department, driving growth, managing and training sales staff, and benefitting from our industry-leading training while ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.

The role involves being responsible for the overall running and performance of the branch, setting and achieving sales targets, working closely with clients to facilitate property sales, handling negotiations, and being actively involved in listing properties and relationship building with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Estate Agency, ideal for an existing manager or senior valuer wanting to take that next step in their career
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in people management and strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of the local Cambridge real estate market is a plus
