Job summary

Bellway Homes in the East Midlands is recruiting a Sales Advisor for Leicester/Derby/Nottingham. This site-based role reports to the Sales Manager and involves meeting sales targets, progressing reservations through contract exchange and legal completion, and ensuring high levels of customer service.

You will guide customers around show homes, maintain CRM records, liaise with solicitors and advisors, and collaborate with Sales Managers to drive results while upholding health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within housing or property is advantageous.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication.
• Ability to travel to divisional offices and sites.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets defined by senior management.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors for contracts and completions.
• Guide customers around show homes and plots to demonstrate features.
• Maintain accurate records in Bellway's CRM system.
• Attend weekly Sales/Site meetings and action points.
• Ensure site presentation and safety policy adherence.
• Support post-completion reporting of repairs or issues.
