Job summary

Bellway Group in Essex is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the Division’s Sales team. The role involves working on a development, delivering high levels of customer service, achieving sales targets and progressing reservations through contract exchange and legal completion.

You will liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisers, present show homes, maintain the site presentation, and use Bellway’s CRM to keep accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in housebuilding or property sales is beneficial.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience handling confidential information and working with stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships with professionals and agencies.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers around show homes, stock plots and site to demonstrate features.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisers to progress contracts.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and progress reservations to exchange and completion.
• Maintain the presentation of the site and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Use Bellway’s CRM to keep accurate records and attend weekly site meetings.
