Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets set by senior management.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to progress contracts.
• Guide visitors around show homes and site to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Maintain high standards of site presentation and health & safety compliance.
• Use the CRM system to record customer interactions and progress.
