Residential Property Paralegal – Kent – £22,000 - £30,000 – W/29226

Residential Property Paralegal – Our client, a small but well established multi office practice that has seen consistent growth over the last few years and provides a professional service to their clients, are now looking for a further Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic team at their East Sussex office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the conveyancing team, assisting with various administrative tasks related to property transactions, including preparing and processing legal documents, conducting property searches, maintaining accurate records and files and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.

Candidate Requirements

This firm have an outstanding reputation for the service they provide to their clients and with that they receive repeat business through referrals. You will therefore need to have an excellent client facing manner, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
