Job summary

EstateAgencyRecruiters is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the Property Management team in our UK branch. You will set customer experience standards, ensure compliance, and drive portfolio performance while coaching four Property Managers.

You will work closely with senior leadership to shape initiatives, improve processes, and support broader business objectives. A proven track record in residential PM and people development is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential property management.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring others.
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational processes.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in developing people.
• Strong organisation and decision-making.
• The ability to drive change and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4 Property Managers.
• Hold regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Build clear development plans and progression pathways.
• Create a culture of accountability, engagement and collaboration.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Manage performance and address underperformance constructively.
• Oversee maintenance coordination, compliance and inspections.
• Deliver regular reporting and KPI updates to senior leadership.
• Drive service improvements and customer retention.
