Job summary

Preim, part of the Encore Property Management Group, is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a portfolio of high-quality residential estates in South Yorkshire. You will oversee budgets, service charges, and day-to-day operations, ensuring an excellent standard of service for residents and clients.

Ideal candidates have solid estate/property management experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree is preferred.
• IRPM (TPI) Part 1 is essential.
• RICS accreditation is an advantage; further qualifications may be supported.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management of high-quality residential estates.
• Oversee financial control, budgets, and service charges.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors to uphold standards.
• Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders to ensure excellent service.
