GCB Recruitment is seeking a Property Management Team Leader for a respected independent estate agency in South East London. You will lead, coach and develop a four-strong property management team, ensuring outstanding customer service and robust process discipline.

The role focuses on overseeing operations, driving KPI performance, handling complex client matters and supporting professional development within a well-regarded business offering incentives and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Property Managers.
• Conduct performance reviews and support individual career progression plans.
• Oversee the full property management operation, including maintenance, compliance, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes.
• Monitor KPIs, workloads and portfolio performance to maintain high operational standards.
• Manage escalated complaints and complex cases while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Drive process improvements, audits and service standards to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Report to senior leadership and contribute to wider business planning and property management initiatives.
