What You'll Own asProperty Management Team Leader

You’ll be the driving force behind the branch's Property Management operation — leading from the front, setting standards and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Property Managers
• Run regular 1:1s, reviews and development planning
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention
• Address underperformance constructively and confidently

Operational Excellence

Oversee the four core pillars of Property Management:

• Maintenance coordination
• Compliance management
• Third‑party inspections & checkouts
• Deposit negotiations & End of Tenancy

You’ll monitor KPIs, portfolio health, workload distribution and drive process improvements that make a real difference.

Communication & Performance

• Host daily team huddles
• Deliver operational updates to senior leadership
• Track KPIs, customer satisfaction and performance trends
• Conduct audits and ensure consistent standards
