You will lead four Property Managers overseeing a portfolio of around 700 fully managed homes, setting high standards and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

This role offers a basic salary up to £40,000 plus benefits and progression opportunities; you'll shape performance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture where people thrive.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in property management.
• Residential property management knowledge.
• Strong compliance and operational understanding.
• Commercial awareness with KPI management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Property Managers.
• Oversee maintenance, compliance, inspections, and end-of-tenancy processes.
• Set standards, conduct regular reviews and performance planning.
• Track KPIs, portfolio health and drive process improvements.
• Build client relationships and promote proactive service delivery.
• Contribute to strategic planning and cross‑department initiatives.
