You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages, with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC qualified.
• Experience gained within residential property/conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across general residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision.
• Handling a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Acting for a variety of clients, including investor clients.
