Oculus Legal Group in Exeter is looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join a large, respected property team. You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages, with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC qualified.
• Experience gained within residential property/conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across general residential property transactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC qualified
