Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer in Exeter with 1-5 years’ PQE. The role is hybrid and offers up to £60,000 plus bonus, with a strong focus on owning your caseload and nurturing client relationships.

We're working with a highly regarded South West law firm that's looking to strengthen its residential property team in Exeter with a 1-5 year PQE Lawyer / Conveyancer (NQs with good experience are encouraged to apply!).

It's a great opportunity for someone who wants true ownership of their caseload without being left to fend for themselves. You'll have the chance to work on a varied mix of residential property matters, build strong client relationships and continue developing your career with an established team that genuinely invests in its people.

What Makes This Role Interesting?

This isn't a role where you're simply processing transactions from A to B.

You'll have the opportunity to build your own caseload and client relationships, working on a good variety of residential property matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Investor and buy-to-let transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• A range of other residential property work

The team takes a really personal approach to conveyancing, combining strong client relationships with great processes and technology. A significant amount of work comes through recommendations from existing clients, which says a lot about the relationships the team has built over the years.

You'll also be joining an established team so there will be plenty of experience around you, but equally the autonomy to run your own caseload and continue developing your career.
