Job summary

Yolk Recruitment is working with a South West law firm to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer in Exeter. The role offers hybrid working, a salary up to 60,000 plus bonus, and targets 1-5 years PQE (NQs with good experience encouraged to apply).

You will own a varied caseload across freehold/leasehold sales, remortgages and related conveyancing matters, while developing client relationships within an established team.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years PQE in residential property or conveyancing.
• NQs with solid experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied mix of residential property matters with ownership of caseload.
• Build client relationships and provide clear guidance on transactions.
• Manage freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, investor buys, transfers of equity, remortgages.
• Work as part of an established team while developing autonomy in your role.

We're working with a highly regarded South West law firm that's looking to strengthen its residential property team in Exeter with a 1-5 year PQE Lawyer / Conveyancer (NQs with good experience are encouraged to apply!).

You'll have the opportunity to build your own caseload and client relationships, working on a good variety of residential property matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Investor and buy-to-let transactions
• Transfers of equity

The team takes a really personal approach to conveyancing, combining strong client relationships with great processes and technology. A significant amount of work comes through recommendations from existing clients, which says a lot about the relationships the team has built over the years.

You'll also be joining an established team so there will be plenty of experience around you, but equally the autonomy to run your own caseload and continue developing your career.
