Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer in Exeter with 1-5 years’ PQE. The role is hybrid and offers up to £60,000 plus bonus, with a strong focus on owning your caseload and nurturing client relationships.

You will work on a mix of conveyancing matters, from sales and purchases to remortgages, with autonomy and support from an established team. The firm values development and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• 1-5 year PQE as a Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer.
• NQ lawyers with strong conveyancing experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a varied residential property caseload.
• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle investor and buy-to-let transactions.
• Oversee transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Contribute to a range of other residential property work.
