Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Bridgend is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to manage a busy caseload from instruction to completion. You will handle freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions, while building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience running a caseload.
• Proven experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer or Fee Earner.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
• Experience handling freehold, leasehold and shared ownership matters.
• Proven track record of independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handling freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders.
• Dealing with client enquiries face-to-face, remotely and by telephone.
• Processing matters efficiently, accurately and cost-effectively.
