Office Angels is recruiting a Maintenance Administrator to join a busy Residential Lettings Maintenance team in Taunton, Somerset. You will coordinate repairs across Somerset, Devon and Dorset, supporting landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure efficient completion of maintenance issues.

The role emphasizes proactive organization, accurate record-keeping and excellent service delivery in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Previous administrative experience.
• Interest in the property sector.
• Excellent customer service and client care skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with a variety of stakeholders.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.

Aufgaben

• Providing a professional, friendly and responsive service to clients.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, insurers and internal teams.
• Logging maintenance requests and updating records accurately.
• Obtaining competitive quotations for repair and maintenance works.
• Raising work orders and monitoring progress through to completion.
• Managing communication via phone, email and occasional face-to-face interactions.
• Processing and approving invoices.
• Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
