Job summary

Compass Fostering is looking for dedicated Family Support Workers for their Residential Family Assessment Centre in Cottingham. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Children’s Residential, Early Years, or Social Care.
• Willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and working with complex families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to families per care plan.
• Encourage development of life skills and safe childcare.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team supporting Parent & Child placements.

Skills

Experience in Children's Residential Care
