Fox ESS, a leader in energy storage hardware and services, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer focused on residential energy storage systems. You will install, commission, and maintain battery storage solutions, and provide proactive technical support to installers and end-users.

Based in the South West England region with hybrid work, the role requires field visits, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Proven experience in solar/energy storage installations.
• Electrical certification (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent).
• Full UK driving license; travel required.
• Field-savvy, problem-solving, customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and maintain residential energy storage systems (focus on battery storage solutions).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for residential customers.
• Work closely with installers, distributors, and end-users to ensure system performance.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Document service reports and maintain accurate records.
