Job summary

HR Business Solutions is seeking an ESS Technical Solutions Manager to support the UK sales team. You will collaborate with sales reps and R&D to translate customer needs into energy storage solutions for utility-scale and commercial/institutional storage plants.

The role combines technical pre-sales, solution design and commercial analysis, with a remote/work-from-home setup in the United Kingdom. Candidates will engage with clients across the UK and contribute to end-to-end project proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Battery, Electrochemistry, Power Electronics, Power Systems, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of energy storage battery systems, electrical systems and BMS.
• 3+ years of pre-sales technical support or solutions experience in energy storage systems (utility-scale / C&I storage).
• Fluent English as a working language. Shortlisted candidates will be assessed through testing.
• Based in the UK, with the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
