Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience managing post-tender residential development schemes.
• Experience in housing association/social housing environments.
• Strong knowledge of planning, construction, contract management and CDM processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, cashflows, risks and multiple project demands.

• Take ownership of post-contract project management of the development programme.
• Ensure delivery against strategy, budgets, risks and programmes with clear reporting.
• Maintain excellent customer service, including consultation with residents.
