Job summary

Sphere Solutions is recruiting an experienced Project Manager with a strong main contracting background to lead a £10m mixed-use residential/commercial project in South Wales. You will oversee pre-construction through to handover and report to the Construction Director.

Based near Cardiff, you will manage on-site teams including Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager, with scope on projects up to £30m and a track record of progressing through the ranks in a contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced PM with strong main contracting background.
• Managed on-site teams including Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.
• Experience delivering projects up to £30m in South Wales.

Responsibilities

• Manage £10m new build mix-use residential/commercial project.
• Report to Construction Director on all issues.
