You will be responsible for managing schemes from post-tender stage through to handover and final account. Take ownership of the delivery and post contract project management of the development programme and ensuring that development strategy objectives are met. Manage scheme budgets, risks and programme timelines, keeping everything on track and maintaining clear, accurate reporting. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and taking a proactive, solutions focused approach to scheme delivery.
