Taff Housing Association in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Post Contract Project Manager to join our team. You will manage schemes from post-tender stage through to handover and final account, delivering our ambitious affordable housing programme across the Cardiff area.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in project managing residential development or major refurbishment.
• Experience in housing association/social housing.
• Strong project management skills in development or construction.
• Knowledge of planning, construction, contract management and legal processes.
• Experience managing budgets, cashflows, risks, and multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• CDM health & safety knowledge.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with documentation.
• Experience consulting with residents.
• Degree level or higher in building, construction, surveying.
• Must align with Taff values and have UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the delivery and post contract project management of the development programme.
• Manage scheme budgets, risks and programme timelines.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to scheme delivery.
