Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, or a Senior Site Manager aiming to progress into Project Management.
• Experience delivering refurbishment and/or new-build projects for a main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive programmes and manage project delivery.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a major student accommodation project from construction through to completion.
• Manage programme, quality, health and safety, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
