Advantage Property Lawyers in Leeds is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of freehold/leasehold transactions, from instruction through to completion, while delivering outstanding client service and technical excellence.

Supported by dedicated title checking, file opening, post-completion teams and market‑leading technology, you will enjoy a flexible Leeds-based or hybrid role, strong earning potential and clear progression within the Simplify Group.

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer at Advantage Property Lawyers, you'll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions while delivering exceptional levels of client care.

Supported by modern technology and dedicated teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, you'll handle matters efficiently and confidently from instruction through to completion.

Matters Will Include

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Other residential conveyancing matters

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage priorities effectively within a busy conveyancing environment
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
