Job summary

Simplify Group is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from home across the UK, or hybrid from our offices in major locations. You will deliver excellent customer service and handle matters efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Residential Conveyancer | Modern Conveyancing | Home-Based or Hybrid

£30,000+ basic salary plus bonus (£8,000 - £18,000 per year)*

Home-based across the UK or hybrid from our offices in Manchester, Leicester, Leeds, Southport, Northampton and St Ives (Cambridgeshire)

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage a varied caseload covering a broad range of residential property transactions while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Supported by specialist teams and modern conveyancing technology, you'll handle matters efficiently and confidently from instruction through to completion.

Typical Matters Include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership properties
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• More complex residential conveyancing matters

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload of 90+ files (experience dependent)
