Advantage Property Lawyers in Leeds is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, delivering exceptional client care.

Supported by modern technology and specialist teams, you'll progress files from instruction to completion, and benefit from hybrid working with a strong earning potential, including a basic salary from £30,000 plus a substantial bonus.

• Competitive basic salary from £30,000+, depending on experience
• Annual bonus potential of £8,000 - £18,000

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer at Advantage Property Lawyers, you'll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions while delivering exceptional levels of client care.

Supported by modern technology and dedicated teams throughout the transaction lifecycle, you'll handle matters efficiently and confidently from instruction through to completion.

Matters Will Include

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Other residential conveyancing matters
