Job summary

Adjacency Recruitment Group is seeking a Residential Conveyancer for a well-established firm in Cheltenham. The role involves handling a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold work, with a focus on client relationships and proactive communication.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years as a qualified conveyancer and the ability to manage their own caseload, with potential networking capabilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified conveyancer with at least 4 years' experience (Solicitor/CILEX etc).
• Able to manage and develop your own caseload across residential conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload (sales, purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold).
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively develop new client prospects.
• Provide a first-class service to clients with regular communication and updates.
• Be an ambassador for the firm externally.

Some of the key responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload (including sales, purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold)
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively develop new client prospects
• Provide a first-class service to clients with regular communication and updates.
• Be an ambassador for the firm externally

The successful candidate will have

• 4 + years as a qualified conveyancer (Solicitor/ CILEX etc)
• Able to manage and develop your own caseload
• Ideally you will have a following or professional network to bring
• Excellent technical skills coupled with a strong commercial mindset.
• Strong IT skills particularly case management systems
