Job summary

Adjacency Recruitment Group is assisting a Cheltenham law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancer. The role demands ownership of a broad caseload across sales, purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold.

You will maintain client relationships, proactively develop new prospects, and provide a first-class service with regular updates while representing the firm externally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a qualified conveyancer (Solicitor/CILEX)
• Able to manage and develop own caseload
• Ideally a following or professional network to bring
• Excellent technical skills with a strong commercial mindset
• Strong IT skills particularly case management systems

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload (including sales, purchases, shared ownership, freehold and leasehold)

The successful candidate will have
