Job summary

HARKAYE CORE TALENT LIMITED, on behalf of a well-established law firm in Macclesfield, seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a hybrid role with flexible working options.

You will manage full residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters, liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to maintain excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

This role offers the chance to manage a busy caseload within a supportive, high-performing team, with strong local connections and a consistent pipeline of work.

The Role;

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Handling matters including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within agreed timelines Delivering high levels of client care and communication
• Supporting business development and maintaining referral relationships

About You;

• A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Fee Earner or Legal Executive (CILEx)
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach
