Managing a high-quality residential caseload from instruction to completion, you will serve as the primary property expert in Chelmsford. Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing within a reputable UK practice.
• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive handling of freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, and complex title investigations.
