Job summary

VennGroup is recruiting for permanent Residential Conveyancing roles across Merseyside with hybrid working options.

You'll manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold and leasehold transactions, reviewing contracts and titles, and liaising with clients and other parties to progress exchanges and completions.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing and handling standard property transactions.
• Ability to manage a caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
