CRA Legal in Sheffield is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a hybrid basis. You will take ownership of your own caseload and progress your career within a supportive regional firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
• Conduct necessary searches and ensure all due diligence checks are completed.
• Submit applications to HM Land Registry and deal with any requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
• Provide a high standard of client care, maintaining regular communication and updates.
