About the role: You will provide high-quality care, promote independence and daily living skills, follow care plans, and maintain accurate records.

The role involves supporting children who may have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and those who may present challenging behaviours, while ensuring safeguarding, safety, and positive routines.

You’ll work collaboratively with families, staff teams, and professionals to help each child thrive.
