Residential Children's Worker - Up to £37,800 - Based in Stoke-on-Trent - Full Time - 2:4 shift system with sleep-ins

This Children's Home have been established since 2006 and are recognised for the exceptional care they provide to children and young people across their residential and supported living services. Their commitment to quality is reflected in the fact that 50% of their Residential Homes are rated Outstanding by Ofsted.

Residential Children's Worker Role
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with children and young people.
  • Support care plans, development goals, and emotional well-being.
