Job summary

AIM Recruitment UK Limited is recruiting for a Residential Children’s Worker for a client based in Holywell. You will support young people with their day-to-day lives and help create a caring, safe environment in which children can feel secure and free from harm.

You will work with the home’s young people to ensure care plans are followed, as part of a committed team and under a registered manager to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to adapt well to challenging and changing situations.

Aim Recruitment is recruiting for a Residential Children worker for our client based in Hollywell.

This is a great opportunity to get started in an exciting new role as a residential children worker supporting young people with their day-to-day lives, with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Job Role

Requirements

• Full UK Driving licence.
• Previous experience desired but not essential.
• Good communication and listening skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• To be able to adapt well to challenging and changing situations.
