About Early Years Ltd. in Morpeth, Northumberland, is seeking a Residential Childcare & Young People's Support Worker. The role offers £17.00 - £20.00 per hour with flexible shifts, including days, long days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends.

Qualifications

Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference in a young person's life?

We are currently recruiting Residential Childcare & Young People's Support Workers to support vulnerable children and young people across the Morpeth area. You will be supporting young people with a range of additional needs, including SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.

The Role

As a Residential Childcare & Young People's Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support within residential and community-based settings, ensuring young people feel safe, valued, and supported.

We can offer a variety of shift patterns, including:

• Day shifts
• Long day shifts
• Waking night shifts
• Sleep-in shifts
• Weekend work

Applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week, with flexibility available across different shift patterns.
