Universal Care Group is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to help young people thrive within an Ofsted-regulated service. You will build trusting relationships, support daily living activities, and contribute to a safe, nurturing home environment.
The role involves facilitating activities, monitoring wellbeing, and collaborating with a team to ensure consistent care across shifts. Previous experience is essential; DBS checks will be conducted.
As a group, we specialise in supporting Children and Young people with a wide range of support areas relating to health diagnosis and behavioural, emotional and social difficulties and we are currently looking to grow our Residential Support Worker team within our Ofsted regulated service.

What will I do as a Residential Support Worker?
You will allow our young people to experience childhood/adolescence, build self-esteem and accept themselves, helping their journey into adulthood.
Responsibilities
You will be working along side an experienced and dedicated staff team.
Working hours are 7.30am - 7:30pm Days and 19.30pm - 07.30am Nights ( 12 hour shifts)
The successful applicants will be appointed subject to references and enhanced DBS check.
