We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to assist our residential care team in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for young people in our care.

In this role, you will participate in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the well-being and development of the young people under your care.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting young people to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
• Engaging our young people in tasks and activities
• Undertaking household tasks

Our next Senior Residential Care Worker will be someone who has:

• A full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle

Our residential home has a capacity of 5 and supports young people from the ages of 7-18, helping them build incredible futures by providing opportunities, developing their life skills, and personal interests.

This home is based in Telford and is within commuting distance from Cannock, Shrewsbury, and surrounding towns and villages.
