Qualifications

• You will be expected to provide compassionate support and build positive relationships with children.
• No previous experience required; complete Skills to Care induction and shadow shifts.
• Aim to achieve Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate children's activities and appointments while supporting their health and wellbeing.
• Provide high levels of supervision when needed and support the wider team with domestic tasks.
• Create timetables, manage paperwork and write reports.
